Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns within fourteen days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received. Proof of purchase is required.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within five to ten business days.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within forty-eight hours of delivery and provide clear photos so we can assist you promptly. Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling may not qualify for a refund.
